on a bed of lettuce with seafood sauce.

Fresh medium king prawns, natural oysters and .
smoked salmon served on a bed of lettuce with

Delicious grain fed meat thickly cut and char
grilled to perfection served with a thick creamy
white mushroom sauce.

Fontana Chicken
A mouth-watering chicken breast fillet char grilled served with Fontana's own special red salsa sauce accompanied with mixed vegetables and roast potatoes, fried rice optional.

 

  Fillet Mignon
Eye fillet rapped with bacon and char grilled to
perfection. Served with a tangy lemon butter sauce.

Chicken Cordon Blu
A delicious chicken breast fillet with knuckle bone
still attached with a centre of ham and cheese
accompanied by mixed vegetables, roast potatoes
and served with a white cream sauce, fried rice
optional.
